Logitech's Harmony Adapter for PS3 reviewed
Eager to know if Logitech's prayer-answering Harmony Adapter for PlayStation 3 really is as magnificent as you hope it is? Fret not, as our main men over at Engadget HD have the answer. They paired this up with their Harmony blaster and PS3 in order to see just how fantastic / terrible the IR-to-Bluetooth converter is, so head on over to read their two pennies. Go on, get!

I won a $50 Best Buy gift certificate yesterday. Couple that with the Rewards Zone coupons I had, and I just picked that bitch up for free. Well, as soon as Best Buy gets them in stock that is. =/
Wow people actually made this poop. For what the 10 people who own a PS3. I can here the Sony fan boys now coming with there torches and pitchforks.

would it kill engadget to do at least a modest bit of reporting/summarizing before the read link?
Got mine last night and tested with my Harmony 620. I AM IN LAZY ASS HEAVEN!
I read this review already on CNET http://reviews.cnet.com/remote-controls/logitech-harmony-adapter-for/4505-7900_7-33656465.html
Best buy will be getting them in stock on the 31st of this month according to their RSS Server.
Got it. Set it up in just a few minutes and it just works. No lag... Perfect. They got it right with the "convergence and convenience"... Well worth the cost to me.
I'm afraid that your review was better than Engadgets.
The Engadget HD article REALLY should have been labeled a Preview.
I got mine the day they were released, it does work great!
Once I get the new Denon Blu-Ray player it won't be as critical that I can use my Harmony one to control my PS3 but now the H1 is the only remote on my table!!
One thing not mentioned is you will completely lose the ability to use the PS remote when you sync the Harmony adapter so put the new PS3 device in your remote before syncing the Harmony
OK, as an early adopter (hooray for spending too much! Mom of the house wanted it, so I bought it...)
-It's somewhat overpriced
-Easy setup- plug in AC power (so it can turn on/off the console, PS3 doesn't supply power to USB in standby), go to BT menu on PlayStation, Register BT remote, hit the orange button on the Logitech unit)
-Delete PS3 device & activities from your remote, then readd (Game Console w/ DVD, Sony, PlayStation 3). Add the activity "Play Game" (you can rename it). Update your harmony. Should be good.
IF YOU OWN ANOTHER CONSOLE CONTROLLED BY THE HARMONY AND YOU CANNOT GET THIS WORKING:
I encountered this problem, I had an Xbox 360 I added to the remote before any other devices.
Delete ANY video game device activities, add the PS3 device, the PS3 activity, than any other video game devices and activities. Otherwise, only the power on/off commands work, none of the softbuttons or other hardbuttons work! This is my experience with the latest Harmony software (7.5.0) and a Harmony 520. I've emailed Logitech about this, so it may be resolved at some point in the near future.
Make that read:
Delete ANY video game devices & activities.
Too late at night, brain shutting down...
