Take it for what it's worth (which may be nothing, quite honestly), but a bona fide "iPhone 32GB" placeholder has appeared in the 'Coming Soon' section on
T-Mobile Austria's website. Generally speaking, we wouldn't give this kind of slip too much credence, but considering that a
similar slip at T-Mobile Germany was accurately foretelling two years ago, we're cautiously optimistic that all those
rumors of a
more capacious iPhone are legitimate. We hate to remind you that loads of smoke generally leads to fire, but hey,
June 8th ain't too far off anyway. Larger screen cap (of the translated-to-English site) is just past the break.

Update: Seems the admin yanked the 32GB iPhone from the page -- oopsie!
Update 2: Looks like Vodafone Australia has
sent out a notice that the 16GB iPhone has been deemed "End of Life" by Brightpoint, who supplies its iPhones. Are you thinking what we're thinking?
I dont really think that one person's ability to use the iPhone keyboard quickly is reason enough for their never to be a hardware keyboard. I use my iPhone keyboard with relative ease however I would honestly prefer a well built slide out keyboard as an option as well. I have always had an easier time with a physical keyboard then a touchscreen one, although I will agree that the iPhones touch keyboard is highly usable.

Write "Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" 50 times
GO!
*probably waits more than 60 seconds.*
Dan, I don't care how fast you can type. I like to have a real keyboard, FOR ME.
iPhone users are so sensitive and paranoid it's disgusting. Even if it's not the keyboard, AT&T is another problem.
My only question is, Would I give up my Berry even if it's true?....... Nah
i not greedy but i want 64GB iphone
I'm greedier. I want a 1 TB iPhone. :P
Only if I can EASILY use it as a flash drive. 3 gigs of music, and running out of ideas.
Please god yes.
My 32GB Touch barely holds my music; the lower size of the iPhone is the only thing keeping me from getting one (that, and the fact that in Canada, cell phone companies are legally allowed to bend us over and... well, you get the picture).
aaahahaha! ....Canada
Right now Optus in Australia is flogging off their 3G iPhones fairly cheaply. $49 a month plan and you get the phone free. Kind of tempting. Obviously dumping them for the new toy coming soon.
I think we're overlooking something here. Yes, new 32gb iPhone, no surprise there. But why would they discontinue the 16gb version and leave an 8gb version and a 32gb version. Could this schism relate to the introduction of a smaller "iPhone Nano" type device?
Why do you immediately assume they are discontinuing the 16GB line instead of just refreshing it with the latest hardware? That is a much more likely scenario.
Yep. There will be an all new 16GB iPhone along with the 32GB one. You know the standard rumors, much more powerful, more internal memory, better camera, yadda yadda.
First i thought they would stop making the 16GB but now, I agree with Zak. It just seems logical.
Check out the previous rumours from the last few weeks. The 8 gig is going and the 16 and 32 are the new iphone memory sizes.
New design too apparently. The silver edge is going and being replaced by a 'rubberised' back with a glowing apple.
