Wooo!

too bad, probably won't even see it in the rest of Asia.
Well... if the crappy CMOS sensors we get on cell cams in the States are any indication, this will shoot 720p res sure, but it'll be crappy and grainy in anything but sunlight. But maybe since this has a lens larger than a pinhole and it's made by a dedicate camera company, it might actually be awesome. Too bad I'll never see one in real life to be sure.
it's actually not that bad. But if you know beforehand that you'll be doing a video in the dark, you should prep something better. Of course unless you are talking about Paris Hilton and you in a hotel room.....
i though the phones in japan would be capturing 1080p AT LEAST by now =S
lol a few do but unfotunatly none anywhere else
Interesting form factor! I can see such a form factor allowing cameras with decent size lenses, perhaps even an optical zoom.
Dang, I was thinking up that form factor recently and here it is. I need to think up some bikini models.
oooo. you can now capture upskirt shots in 720p. yay. :P
I taped my iPhone to my Canon HV20, and it works just fine, thank you very much.
See, and in America Verizon is releasing the same ol' crap.
