The button layout is kind of unattractive. I don't like the stripes on the right side. But I guess the price is pretty good.

Never going to buy anything from this company, not that I was planning or bought anything from them since the Vista drivers incident anyway.
Alright, thats it. Im a huge Creative fan but this really isnt the direction in which they should be heading.
Whats sad is that the design is the easiest part when it comes to releasing a new product. The price is great, radio's great, sound quality's great...

Who is buying this stuff? The market for sub 16 gb players has to be drying up and soon that will reach the 32 gb market. It makes more sense to get a decent feature phone with a Mirco SD slot.

but not every has or wants a smart phone not to mention there no way in hell i buying my kids an iphone or pre or any other phone then pay a data plan for them just they can have and mp3 player i lovemy kids but they get prepaid phones and stand alone players and when they piss me off i take the phone away it not coasting me every month for them not using it and when they break there mp3 player it dont coast 200 bucke to replace it either

YoYo it doesn't have to be pre or an iPhone. Take the LG shine, Moto Razr, or a sony walkman phone, lg xenon, lg vu, samsung eternity etc. Some of these phones are free or under $50 on contract I prefer the convenience of carring fewer devices.
I was a big fan of creative but they're dying. First the vista drivers now the lack of super PMPs Creative seem to be moving backwards while everyone is moving forward.
Apparently, in Singapore, the word "zen" means "missed opportunities".
This just goes to show that you can't fix ugly. Or stupid.
Hey its a price item. Plain and simple.
Creative can do great things with sound cards and speakers. MP3 are just that nothing great.
That design makes it look like there is buttons missing, gutted for them.

I just bought a 16GB Mozaic last week and so far love it. My iPod video bit the dust after just under three years, so I wasn't going to buy anything Apple. Sure, it's no iPod, but it holds my music, plays it, has an FM radio, and sounds good. Two thumbs up from me.
Plus, it works in Linux.
They had better be going somewhere with the Zii chip. I mean, where's the company that built my sound card and my old Zen Vision:M?
Are they content with spending their last few months as a company building MP3 players that look like cows, and twatting around with drivers?
Why does it look like a mobile phone?!
I'mk actually ashamed to be from the same country as CREATIVE. Gosh! Mr Sims, learn! Please LEARN from mistakes, not listen to those stupid yes-men!
