HTC's throwing itself a little party starting at 11:30AM local time in London on Wednesday, June 24, though it's not saying what sorts of goodies will be unveiled there. As you might recall, the Touch Diamond was
unveiled at a similar event just over a year ago, so it's very likely an important product that's going to be shown; the odds-on favorite would have to be the
HTC Hero and its customized Android-based interface, but at this point, it's anybody's guess.
Update: Here's an interesting clue -- that's a rose on the dude's chest, as in the
Rosie interface. Get it, eh? Eh?

Yeah that's what I would want as well. But this is almost 100% the HTC Hero launch event, as the article says.
Too bad its hardware is inferior to the G1 (no keyboard), and its software has already been leaked and installed onto the G1.

But it is available in at least SIX stylish colors!

Chuck the GSM for CDMA, EVDO Rev A, and LTE and put it on Verizon in Q1, and I'll be tickled.
Sadly, the most unrealistic thing about that is it coming to Verizon within 9 months of announcement.

Yea, I think so too. They're just going to announce it to bring out the hype :) since it is Apple's known month to announce an iphone "next-gen." Hmmm. I headed over to Nvidia's Tegra site, and read "The first Tegra APX-based devices are expected to begin shipping in the second half of 2009." Do you guys think that HTC might announce the HTC Superstar??? Also, I was watching some youtube videos, and the guy said that their Tegra platform might be out before September (can't remember that well), but they were Netbooks, so not really sure if a phone might be coming out with it.
So I'm really hoping that they announce the Superstar.

Looks like a HTC organized gay pride parade is coming to London
It is hard to say at this point, but no doubt HTC will announce something that is innovative and exciting. I love the Touch Pro 2 and Diamond 2 running windows mobile and I wish we could get the HTC HD here in the states running windows mobile 6.5. Either way, should be fun and exciting to hear what they have up their sleeves.
