Same resolution, but now packing 16GB of storage. I'd say that's pretty reasonable, considering it's cheaper than an iPod Touch and has MUCH better controls.
I'm sure the new PSP is packin' more PPI for such a small size, but that's about it. They *at least* could have made the screen 20% brighter. I still find the PSP's screen to be blurry and generally crappy looking.
