Nokia's Bluetooth BH-905 is 'the best headset ever made'
Pretty strong words from Nokia calling its new BH-905 headset "the best headset ever made." The claim comes as a result of a partnership with Wolfson Microelectronics to add its 10-microphone "feed-forward" active noise-cancellation technology to the headset -- 8 mics for capturing background noise, 2 for your voice. The headset can connect wirelessly over Bluetooth or via a selection of plugs for your home stereo, MP3 player, or airplane jack. It also features high-performance speakers with stainless steel audio controls on one can, phone controls on the other. They'll hit globally in August for a steep pre-tax price of €285 / $403. Hey, that's not bad for the best ever.

Hmm sounds good, I've been looking for something like this and Wolfson makes some of the world's best audio chips, at least, dunno if they're any good at microphones... But why must it be so d*mn ugly again? I know for a fact thousands of boys & gals graduate at design schools each year, where do these guys go?
I'm surprised that most people on here pick their earphones exclusively by the way they look. If Nokia's product truly is able to provide 15Hz-20kHz, 16 hours music playback with bluetooth and active noise cancellation on, 15 hours talk time with bt and the noise cancellation turned on, in a 175 g product, then I applaud them. Well done.

I've had no luck with Bluetooth headphones. They've sucked major ass so far. Does this one have anything special to make it work? Or are all Bluetooth headphones just handicapped by that old technology?
Might be handy for war correspondents too.
Although if it removes the bombs and shooting in the background it would lose all impact I guess.
Philips SHB9000 looks better.
