the app store is updated! now instead of there being a top 25 menu they added a more section where it gives you the option to redeem an itunes gift card or gift certificate and a top 25 menu.

im on 3.0 beta 5 so not sure if this is only updated for 3.0 users or for everyone

this so called demo is fake. plain and simple. here's proof: remember the first iphone demo video that lasted a long time?
notice the time on the phone was 942AM for the entire demo. now it shows 942AM on this new demo. it's always 942AM at apple.

always showing 942 AM

This isn't a new generation of iPhone is it? I was thinking, the s added to the end just looks like something to tell you it's like a revised edition of the 3G. So this is more like a... 2.5 generation technically.

Nah dude, twice the processing power and double the capacity, hardware upgrades and a new OS at the same price as the phone from last week? I think that counts as evolution. That's a bigger difference than the iPhone to the 3G jump was, hardware-wise, I contend.
