nope... looks like a 1 Series to me.
It looks like a real BMW to me.
I believe it's a European model, not seen in the USA.

But it certainly could be a real BMW. That logo does look fishy, though.
it's actually the new 3-series coupe.. anyways, i've seen this place, but i just can't remember where.. i think it used to be an internet cafe or computer hardware store gone broke..
