Motorola Morrison gets pictured running Android

Well, we've already had a pretty good indication that Motorola's Morrison QWERTY slider would be one of the company's planned Android phones, and it looks like most all doubt has now been put to rest courtesy of this shot of what's purported to be a Motorola employee's very own Morrison. In addition to offering us a better look at a slightly more refined version of the phone, it also quite clearly shows it running Android, and it does indeed appear to be the real deal. As you can see above, it's also still sporting that T-Mobile logo, though we're still not hearing anything different than the previous rumors that it's slated to launch on the carrier by the end of the year.

maybe fail maybe not...
that's a strong opinion
more reason why motorola will continue to fail.
I use to be a big fan of HelloMoto world, but, that world has come to an end.
Yeah, but this doesn't look that bad, IMHO
I used...
whatever.
Nice. This thing looks 10x better than the first spy shot, and I'm loving that D-pad to enjoy all of my emulators. The thing that still strikes me is that damn T-Mobile logo! Couldn't they have put in on the top or the back? Look how much more screen space they could have used! Still, if the the Hero is too expensive, then I'm definitely getting this.
I know Moto has some interesting looking devices coming down the pike. This just isn't one of them.
Am I the only one who kinda likes the looks of this phone? Well, except that tiny screen part!
The screen appears to be a bit too tiny :S and strangely, call and end buttons are missing from the face of the phone. Did motorola modify the phone app to add those buttons in the software itself?
I've been wondering that too.
The X3 is set up the same way as far as physical buttons. Maybe its a new standard set up for donut?
Thats defiantly not a standard android build. Many of those icons don't match what I have.
Yup. I agree. That screen is way to tiny to actually enjoy Android. I kinda feel like this phone might have some buttons we arent seeing though. Android has pretty specific guidlines for button inclusion. I got in an argument with one of the guys from engadget last time they posted this because it didnt have the correct amount of buttons and it wasnt running Android. haha.
BTW, do we have any details on the internal hardware of this phone, the processor, RAM, ROM etc. The 524MHz qualcomm processor on my G1 is a bit too underpowered for Cupcake itself and I believe it'll get worse with the release of Donut! So, please have a faster processor in there Moto, please...
It looks like a dumb phone running Android. Might be a good phone to gain some soccer mom market share.
You may be onto something there.
Google did say that they view Android as an OS for all phones, not just smartphones. Maybe this will be the first of many.
Yech...well ill @ least say it is decidedly average....but what does anyone expect...its motorola
I don't feel sorry for Moto. They dug themselves into this whole with their outdated UIs that look exactly like the one on my old v66. No innovation at all. It's a shame since their phones were reliable and had good battery life. My 3 year old SLVR L7 still lasts a week on standby.
Moto Morrison, Return of the Mac!! See what I did there?
It looks like the iPhone when closed... I wonder why.
Wow your really blind or really stupid can't tell which but i'm leaning toward the latter.
Nice looking phone, shame about them colours
This looks like the first Android phone that would be good for gaming.
