It's funny how you report it as stealing as the app itself hasn't been criminalized.

I actually did a double take (rewind back to the start and watch again) when I heard that first little bit. That was terrible, wth was that. Does he think it makes him cool and "down with the kids" to speak like he was chatting. Really bad.

Kevin talking like that in the beginning was a joke. Do you think he really talks like that? He was making fun of what other people might say when they hear about the news.
I know Josh & Engadget need to continually promote themselves to stay "relevant" but this show's terrible. Unwatchable to the highest order.

AOTS aint bad for a cable network show. It has it moments and its reviews are pretty good.

I Like AOTS and Kevin is meant to be sarcastic, that's his style... you guys are really out of the loop if you can't see that he was joking at the beginning
There's a difference between "sarcastic" and "douche." He's trying too hard.
To me, AOTS/G4TV is where your career goes to die. Anyone agree?

More Josh on TV! I'm just now getting used to seeing his face and hearing his voice at the same.
Wow What a change. I savaged the last tv appearance - clothes , grooming , presentation but Ill give credit when its due. Nicely done Josh- Good appearance and info. Im thinking when smart questions are asked it helps and you did really well. Finally took much of the geek out and made it informative .Noticed the clothes and grooming - it really helped.Hope to see much more of this new you on tv.
People still have to buy the internet service from AT&T or whatever provider, so it's not free.
It's not surprising that AT&T and Apple have done this. I don't think there's any legal liability here as long as Apple has outlined that text messaging and voice chat are prohibited in their terms of application qualification criteria. If this app isn't prohibited by the terms of legal use according to Apple's own criteria, then they're probably going to get sued.

I'd rather see Joshua on with Jimmy Fallon. The interviewer isn't really able to pull off the young hip sarcasm mixed with actual attempts at journalism.
