iPhone playing cards use washable PVC touchscreen technology
Wanna spice up your next poker night? Meninos would love to help you out there with its deck of iPhone-inspired playing cards. They certainly look the part, as at first blush we thought we were dealing with an app, and are novel enough to appeal even to our cold and cynical souls. Another shot lies after the break, and you can grab your own deck for $25 through the read link.

A $25.00 deck of playing cards?
F*ck you!
Unless they've got gold trim, then seriously, f*ck you right in the ear, greedy motherf*ckers. For $25 I can get a lot better than a deck of cards... And if I want a deck of cards, I can hit the dollar store and get four for a dollar.
Why are you self censoring the word "fuck"?
Introducing the only deck of cards that plays you.

Wrong shape. You play poker with bridge cards, which are taller and narrower. These are poker-shaped cards which, ironically, are used only for table games like blackjack.
Kinda too bad they could have had the shape look more correct and have the cards function better but they blew it.
don't understand your post. seems poorly worded, to me: are these cards you'd play bridge with or not?
i wouldnt mind having these if they were a gift or found cheap at a novelty shop, but i wouldnt ever fathom paying that much for a deck of cards.
Can't say I want them. I would mix them up with my real iPod ;-)
PVC?
Not so familiar.
The price $25 is not cheap for me.
you misspelled the store name. it's Meninos (boys in portuguese), not Meminos. they're a design studio from Rio de Janeiro and YES, I too think that all they sell is too much expensive and they could at least inform the price in brazilian currency for brazilian buyers like me. kinda lame to want to sell only to other countries.
iCards? No thanks, I'll stick with my Iraqi Most Wanted cards.
My soul is way colder and cyniciel.
It's not that hard to respell something that was originally properly spelled in the article. Cynical. Cynical. It's sitting there at the top of the page--only paragraph, end of the third sentence. Cynical.
I see someone didn't get the joke. And it's "more cynical" if you're so anal about it.
25 dollars?! Cold and cynical indeed.
I was going to buy this, but was turned off by the 2 year contract.
Well, I could get cheap deck of cards from local shop for 1.8 to 2 dollars (plastic coated)... But I'd never pay $25 for a deck of cards.
