We haven't got a name for it yet, though we know it has a bigger brother equipped with all sorts of cameras and environmental detectors, so we suspect this is a pretty intelligent little beast as well. Automated ambulance? Not only firemen, but also ambulance a drivers and paramedics will have to look for work now. Once only robots remain employed, do they technically take over the world?
I would imagine a human would be better suited to traverse rubble to pull humans to safety in earthquakes and other natural disasters. This thing would be crushing any survivors underneath it as it rolls along the rubble. Me thinks the engineers on this program have evil intentions for this invention!

China's one will probably harvest the organs and pop them out in a nice little plastic baggie at the back, ready for shipment, before shredding the body.
