Well, it's looking increasingly like those very first shots of a rumored
Dell smartphone that cropped up
way back in June were indeed the real deal, as two separate sets of purported spy pics have now turned up showing an identical-looking phone. Better still, they also show the device powered on, offering us our first look at Dell and China Mobile's customized Android interface for the thing.
The Boy Genius Report also goes one step further with a complete list of the phone's purported specs, which includes quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity, a 3.5-inch 640 x 360 display, a 3-megapixel camera with a flash (and support for 30 fps video), Bluetooth, A-GPS, and a microSD card slot for expansion, to name a few features. well, without the horrible keyboard and the razor sharp edges. i love webOS though
That set of three is a straight-off-the-website product shot that has been blurred with some kind of tool. What, someone set it up against a white backdrop and then drank 15 cups of coffee before taking the photos? Intentional leak!
I don't think the pic is blurry. all of them look exactly the same. I think the phone itself has to be blurry... bt is it brown? =/

We only saw blurry pictures cuz all the cleared ones have been "cancelled" by Dell China, along with the employee who handled these prototypes....

Lack of 3G sucks, but the rest of your list is fairly ridiculous. Hell, half of it is just questions about specs nobody have even guessed about.

It says "EDGE", that's 3G. I think no WiFI is just a Chinese thing, remember the recently gimped iPhone release?
I believe he is saying "Android sucks". Not saying it doesn't have Android.... Which is weird, he obviously uses an iPhone. As a Pre user I love both Android and webOS.

Not too bad. Could you put a normal Android version on it? Wish it had 3G and WiFi, then it'd be worth a look, depending on the price of course.

To me, it looks much better than existing Android phones out there, best of all is the 3.5" screen, biggest Android phones have seen yet.
Fingers crossed that it has Snapdragon or Tegra ;).

How come the only pictures we've ever seen of this device has been taken by blurry cam. Sounds dubious to me.
ah, a dPhone to rival the iPhone. this is good, dell is a reasonably trusted name, despite not having a cool factor, so many people may give this some thought as their next phone. no wifi/3G HAS to be an error, though
hopefully it doesn't run as bad as it looks :-(
From what I can see, that interface looks like it came from a crappy Chinese iPhone knock-off. I'll stick with my G1, thanks.
