@Jack, It doesn't matter who came up with the name. All that matters now is if Apple really does decide to call it the iPad, then MacsiPad will most likely take off as the leading derogatory to the product. Reminds me of the story about some hard disk technicians working on an external drive enclosure that held a petabyte of data, and they suggested to name the product: Peta File. Yeah, can you imagine the enthusiasm on their faces as they said it, it's the Peta File!
