A giant nose would not be out-of-place in a family's bathroom, where we regularly see rubber ducks, Spongebob toothbrushes for the kids, etc., so I'm surprised it got so many votes.
I think that it's a polarizing item - people either think "that's absolutely gross" or "that's absolutely awesome". Since the poll asks which one "offends / delights you most", it gets both of these groups. I'm in the "delighted" camp, by the way, partly because it strikes me as funny, and partly because I know many who would be totally grossed out by it. And before anyone asks: yes, I have been accused of having the sense of humour of a 6-year-old. Guilty as charged. :-)
