I guess not, I just checked on my computer. If you can see the 4 symbols after my question marks then that means you have an iPhone. I wrote it with an app called "Spell Number" in the apps store, I just got and it says only other iPhone user can see it...
Ah, I was going to say that I can see the symbols but I now understand what you mean. What I see on a MacBook Pro running Safari 4.0.3 is 4 square symbols; I do not see the actual symbols that you are hoping to see.

yea... i can see it. ...and i'm using an hp laptop. so... uh... no. iPhone users probably aren't the only ones.
