I signed up because I'm buying a Macbook Pro tonight and want to have Windows 7 on it.. but I don't want to pay Microsoft.
On a side note I'm always down for an excuse to have people over and get drunk sooo if I can use Windows 7 as an excuse to get drunk and loud with my buddies, I'll take it!

You do know that Asia consists of more than Chinese and Japanese people, don't you? The woman on the right of the middle image looks as if she could be of Indian decent, and India (you know, that group Apple likes to make fun of in their commercials) is part of Asia. You should also know that people don't need to look Indian to be Indian. My grandmother was born in India to Brittish parents, which makes her (and by extension, me) part Indian, and therefore part Asian.
But I guess using the race and color of people as an attack against Microsoft is OK.
So wait.. was I low ranked because I prefer OS X or because I'm an alcoholic???
I haven't had a personal Windows based computer in over 4 years but I'd still like to be able to use things like AutoCAD and Maya.
Desperate... needy... trying too hard... Panicking....
They are going all out to try to get as many people to go for 7.
@David, You just admitted your an alcoholic online... there is obviously something wrong with that one. But no go with the first one, plus what host gets trashed at their own party, that's just irresponsible.
NohOne, Apple makes fun of India/Indians in their commercials? I haven't noticed this as an Indian but if true, all the more reason for me to hate Apple. ; )
@NohOne, finite_loop was just making a joke, take it easy...and I think most people know Asians include Indians too, but are just saying Asian to mean "Oriental" people

Doesn't Maya run on OSX? I lived with art students throughout college and was pretty sure one of them took a class where they had to use Maya, and I know he did not have windows on his Mac....
I could be wrong though.

Sounds like a plan. Invite my friends over with hot chicks. Get everybody wasted while I install Win 7. Bust out video camera and start recording us playing strip poker. Guys and girls get horny and start doing each other. Then afterward we all watch me edit the vid on my new Win 7 OS and upload to amateur pr0n site so the host can get paid!

Last weekend I threw a party and had windows 7 running on my laptop for music. People asked me about it...does that count?

Nah, Microsoft uses Photoshop x64, which is only available on Windows.
I've already gotten two Vista Ultimate licenses out of them for free, not sure if I have any pride left.
I have 3 pre orders coming, but I'll take another. : )
