We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). Too bad Sony REFUSES to make any media software for their mp3 players and SE phones!
Sonic Stage is still used in Japan and uses Sony's proprietary ATRAC file format! Both items are virtually "dead" outside of Japan! If Sony can create GOOD media software (similar to iTunes for iPods) for the device, then it'll have a really good chance of selling (well).
Also, the players are only available in Japan and only in Japanese, though some online Japanese stores I've contacted will export them but at a hefty price incl. shipping, mainly due to the high value of the Yen!
