Well then i may be wrong but i have only seen the black and white models. I thought the MSG4 just had the game in it. Point being PS3 has never had a full customized case like the 360, there is what now 4 special editions 360's i can think of.
Although I guess this is far from the point, but I'd personally never really want to buy a custom edition console. Especially one that's based on just one game. I'd rather have one that matches my receiver and tv. Not some gaudy looking custom-print.
At least the gun metal mgs4 ps3 was stylish and had very little actual branding. Just sayin'.

@sean was it a consumer model or an aftermarket model, I can't find anything other then after market case mods.
The MGS4 was different, granted it was just a different color and maybe something else but it counts.
