I saw an emachine with similar specs at Best Buy last week. I thought it looked pretty sweet, especially for the price. It was cheaper than my MSI Wind. I almost pulled the trigger on it for my mom to replace her iMac G4 that died. The specs concerned me from a long term perspective and it was XP. I wanted something with Leopard so I could take control of her machine and fix issues that crop up with her. Also, we do video iChat and that machine did not have a web cam. At the end of the day, the specs concerned me the most. All she does is email and web, but video is becoming a big component of the web and this probably does that pretty poorly. I know my Wind does not handle video too well. I am sure this Lenovo is pretty much the same.
