Yep, basically Apple just lied to the FCC. It would have been easier had they told the truth, but lying to the government is NEVER a good way to get on their good side.

People swoon at the mention of Google and shower them with praise for giving us so many different services for free. Well I hate to argue the fact that their services are not free at all. They are paid for by you and me with every purchase of goods that we make from manufactures and service providers that make use of the Google advisement system.
