INQ Mini 3G review
The INQ Mini 3G is quite the intriguing little phone. It has the dimensions and outward appearance of a standard issue featurephone, yet aims to provide the multifunctional utility of the bulkier QWERTY keyboard-sporting smartphones that now roam these lands. With deep integration of Facebook, Twitter and Skype, it's designed to be a do-it-all social networking device, so we thought we'd run a few status updates through it to see if the latest spin on an award-winning heritage lives up to its billing. Make the short journey to Engadget Mobile, via the read link below, to find out.

Pretty sure its triband gsm though.
So what?
"First!", "Look like iPhone?", "Who cares?"
There you go I posted for everyone
I just yawned 16 times.
numeric pads are so last century. sheesh.
They aren't just making phones for you.
How about a small durable phone that works well for making calls? I don't need 3G, games or even a camera.
Sweet. Coming to MetroPCS
Do you have source for that, only INQ is a subsidiary of Hutchinson, who operate the 3 networks. They have no operations in the US. Inq phones are only available on 3.
@ matt: I was attempting sarcasm, and forgot the "?".
Color me FAIL.
I have an INQ1 as my "going out drinking" phone and have it to be pretty good for the price especially when you compare it to the really limited software the lessers Nokias, Sony Ericcssons and Samsungs ship with. Its possibly a little too easy to upload photos to Facebook though.....
Remarkable how little sense that first sentence makes when you leave out the word found.
I'll just join Jesse in the colour me Fail camp.
Clue: You pay £50 quid for a phone. You don't get QWERTY. There are plenty of people who want to pay £50 quid for a phone, and don't want QWERTY.
Having said that, there is also a QWERTY version of this handset, which also has a GPS chip. £110 quid. Not bad at all.
Would be better if they hadn't forcibly removed the Last.fm scrobbling app of course. (They did this because Hutchison 3 bought a major stake in Spotify and don't want to give Last.fm an advantage over their new interest... even though it's an illogical move because the Spotify PC client has built-in Last.fm functionality. So, a pretty radical handset for the price thanks to the designers, but trashed by idiotic management decisions.)
