LG's New Chocolate BL20 spotted in the wild
Calling LG's New Chocolate BL20 half of the BL40 would probably be classified as logorrhea, but there's no doubt that this slider is handsome. So handsome, in fact, that LG has seen fit to showcase it over in the company's new building in Amstelveen, Holland. GSMArena was able to snap a few pics of the installation while also gathering that it'll boast a non-touch edition of the S-Class UI.Hit the read link for a few more looks -- it ought to make waiting for LG to actually announce this thing a lot easier.

I especially like the black and red color scheme!
Also has a decent 5.0 MP camera.
I guess this qualifies as a very elegant dumb phone (but not quite as nice as the BL40
Boring..
Is the BL40's touch screen resistive or capacitive?
It's non-touch, as stated in the post.
Okay, disregard that above comment.
The BL40 has a multi-touch capable capacitive screen.
Anyways who buy phones without OS, except one or two useful java apps, everything is crap in non-OS phones!
Not everyone needs (or even wants) a smartphone. A sexy featurephone is enough for most people.
Non OS? It's gotta have SOME kind of OS or it wouldn't be terrible useful...
OMG, Google "Coby MP725" for a twin to the BL20!
Man, I 'm tellin' ya. I've had nice contract phones in the past, although it was before "smartphones" were the norm. Right now I have a prepaid LG from Net 10, because I recently, finally got a job after 13 months. I cannot wait to get a new REAL phone. (within the week) I am sort of restricted to US Cellular, because I'm going to add a line to my GF's account. I guess I'm leaning towards the LG Tritan, but I would appreciate any recommendations or suggestions. Should I get the Tritan? Why or why not? Anything else worth looking into at US Cellular here in the states?
Can someone please explain me the difference between resistive and capacitive screen? I am a newbie :D
Just a quick explanation will do. Thanks.
that is a huge bezel
I've always hated the LG chocolates they look so generic. In fact, the generic samsung flip phones are more appealing to me. Why do they continue to promote such a crappy phone?
Why is referring to this phone as "half a BL40" an instance of logorrhea? Logorrhea is "excessive and often incoherent talkativeness or wordiness;" referring to the BL20 as half a BL40 would not seem to be an example of logorrhea, though, paradoxically, the author's use of the word "logorrhea" in the article might itself actually be an example of logorrhea (at the very least it counts as a malapropism).
I love you
Yes, after googling what the hell that meant, I didn't understand how that fits either.
Logorrhea, as a literary device, is the excessive use of words. "Half of BL40" = 3 words, whereas "BL20" = 1 word, hence the logorrhea. Crap example, sure, but not inaccurate. I'd argue the discussion over whether or not this constitutes logorrhea is itself a form of logorrhea.
going to be my new phone. when??
Great going guis. Saying that GSMArena is the source but if you read theyre story and look at the pictures you see they link to the original source. #fail

Handsome? When do sharp corners (bad design for something in you pocket) and a small screen all mixed with 1980's Ericson home stereo design equate to attractive ID? Looks like something you find in Taiwan for $19.
Boring x 3.
