This royally BLOWS! I lost so much! pictures, dates, event and Dr. Apptment reminders. Need less to say any and all contacts that I cant get back! along with all my internet connections!?!?!?!? Its hard to understand that they put out a notice of the problem when you dont have the internet except for on your PHONE!!!!!!!!!!! SO, how can they say they informed us of a problem, when we can get a message ??????? I would just like a different phone right now, Let T-mobil take the hit and swap me to another phone with the same service and contract!
