I agree with the ugly commit... well in comparison to the iPhone. I think big v should emphasize how well this phone is going to run rather than its looks. And why is the dpad on the right side?

I'm all for functionality over form but geez, where are these "designers" coming from? It's not difficult to see that this is yet another less-than-attractive Android phone. You would think that as Verizon's first Android phone and possibly Motorola's last phone, they would have their best talent working on this.

I really want Android to do well but the hardware isn't helping so far. Even the Rachael design needs a facelift.

relax guys....boy genius clearly mentioned that this design is not final. I am pretty sure moto will change the keyboard design. but the placement of D-pad is perfect IMO
