BlackBerry Bold 9700 gains FCC clearance in T-Mobile trim
You can't make heads or tails of what carrier might be getting this version of the Bold 9700 just by looking at the wireframe diagram buried in the ID label documentation, but here's an important clue: it got tested for WCDMA Band IV, also known as AWS -- so yeah, that would be a pretty solid indicator that this puppy is T-Mobile USA's version. You could spend literally hours thumbing through the hundreds of pages of RF test results here, so curl up on a cushy futon and geek out -- just do us a favor and don't actually print it out, okay?

The best blackberry up to date.
Wait, the FCC regulates mini vans?
Should've used "Mmmmkay?" !
I like Blackberries - they have good antioxidants to preserve the communication body of your business.
Now, how many 9700 smoothies you want?
There's a "But does it blend?" joke in there somewhere I just know it.
I don't know what you mean lol
Is there an official release date yet? Looking very promising for T-Mobile as their first 3G Blackberry. Of course T-Mobile and AT&T offering different 3G spectrums so they cannot interoperate.
If T-Mobile also gets the HD2, this is going to be a very tough decision. Glad to see they're trying to get competitive again with their offerings at least. Choice is a good thing.
Best Blackberry known to mankind! Best phone for that matter too! Take that iFail!
your fanboyism reaks go take a shower
don't be jealous, now. I've owned more phones (including iFails) then you've got socks. scroo off
He is anti-iphone, that means you uprank him on this site right?
With that picture and not knowing what that WCDMA band IV is, GSM card slot is a big give away of which carrier would be selling this phone. It would just a 50% chance of it going to AT&T or T-Mobile here in USA. I assume it's also triband with its 3G that it can work both ways rather than just AT&T.
WCDMA Band IV is T-Mobile 3G band. Definitely 100% going to T-Mobile ;)
um....you guys DO know about t-mobile.com/bold right?? doesnt get any more official than that.
Yep, just trying to deduce where the phone in this particular FCC filing is going.
It's Official?

At first look I thought it was a wireframe top view of a car.
