I went to a Verizon store and checked out the Droid. The sales person asked me if I was interested in purchasing one. I said "yes". Then, she asked me to come over to her desk to get started. I told her that I was actually going to purchase it from Sears though and I was only in the store to check it out in person. She asked "why Sears?". I told her about the $149.99 deal. She called a manager and he looked it up on the Sears website. Once he verified that it was legit, he told her to match their price.
