Black Friday deals bonanza round up

Thanksgiving is moving ever closer -- and we all know what that means: the day that comes after. That's right, there's nothing more American than following up a day of thanks with a day of hitting the malls, strip malls, big boxes, and virtual shops up for the hottest deals to be found this side of the Atlantic. We've rounded up a few of the more choice deals we've found on the 'net for you so you don't have to search all alone... and first up, Office Depot's got a 17.3-inch,Windows 7-boasting Toshiba Satellite L555D-S7930 for $649 and a 12 megapixel Nikon Coolipix S570 for $200, while over at Best Buy you can grab up a 120GB PS3 with three games for $300, with a host of cheap video games for Xbox 360 and PS3. Finally mammoth of the retail world Sears has a Canon EOS Rebel XS for $570, plus some of the cheapest digital photo frames around and a DVD player for $18. You're getting excited, aren't you?

I'm confused - is that $200 DROID contract-free? It says Reg. Price $600, which I assume is the contract-free price.
Yea I think your right if it was on contract id be like this
Verizon - Motorola Rival A455 Cell Phone - Purple - A455
ADD TO LIST
FREE w/ 2-yr. Contract
That's a pretty f*ing crazy low price for that phone contract-free.
What ad do you see that deal in?
No way.
If you read the fine print at the bottom it says;
"With new 2-year activation"
Sorry.

It also says "Same price new and upgrade". I may be clutching at straws here, but does that mean "new contract" or "new purchase". I will happily camp out all night for a contract-free DROID at the upgrade price. I'm sure most everybody else would too though. Are you listening Best Buy?
I'm sure it means "new customers" and "upgrade / existing customers." What a scam tactic. $199 is what it has always cost.
test2, where did the first one go...
this bf sucks dick.
I just wish that were true.
I don't know a while ton about cameras or this website, but...

Canon EOS Rebel XS $479.88 Free Ground Shipping
I like their motto: "Not a single 'bait & switch' since 1971". They did it in 1971. God-willing, they'll do it again.
http://bfads.net/Best-Buy/Name/Page5 Look at the epic fail on this page Hint: It reads
Apple - MacBook with 13.3" Display - White ahhahaha guys look before you do anything k haha
wow, FAIL on you because you didn't look at the ad and see that they are giving away a $150 gift card with the purchase.

I will not leave the house this black friday nothing is worth the trouble. The ps3 slim deal is the best I have seen yet, but still isn't that great of a deal. You can find plenty of ps3's a lot cheaper on craigslist that can still play ps2 games
the 17" @ sams club by far is the best deal out there
2009 BLACK FRIDAY ADS = FAIL!!!
why aren't my eyes popping and my mouth isnt drooling from these deals? they suck.
The only ones showing up to BF this year will be the uninformed. I'm sure that is what they are counting on.
Everything about Black Friday will be smaller this year. Smaller inventories, less workers, crappier deals.
Don't count on me waiting on line...
Definitely only 2 free games with the PS3
I will sleep so well that Friday morning.
Nothing worth waiting in line for as of yet... I'll be sleeping late!
I got a Acer laptop for $250 brand new at http://www.mycheaptech.net and I think I will get a better deal on Black Friday......
You can can most of those deals online right now!!!!
BB considers a TV for $1600 a doorbuster? WTF?
Not the best deals in the world.

Well... I already sprung up for a Klipsch 2.1 speaker for $131down from $154 from Worst Buy w00t!I'll pick up in-store by next week. I'm actually gonna go there black Friday morning to buy Crysis 2 for $5 because F**K MW2 no dedi servers...
I am NOT getting up at 3am for this crap. Black Friday sucks, its for the womens. I live for cyber Monday, and if that sucks as well so be it, we are all broke anyway. There is some stuff I have not gotten around to buying online though, things like tires (Sears has a good deal) that neither I nor anyone I know can install. So this is not without its benefits.
Some decent TV deals, but very blah apart from that otherwise. Pretty surprising that the retailers are not fighting harder to excite customers, given the state of things this year--at this rate, the retailers are going to have a poor season ...
Anyone out there listening, retailers?
disappointing
The 17.3 inch laptop at Office Depot is actually $449 not $649, little typo there, at $449 it's actually a really good deal.
The Toys R Us ad is leaked here (lots of nice video game deals):

Agreed, overstock or google shopping normally gets you close without have to camp for hours on end. My time is worth more than that $50 bucks I'd have to spend for a tent to be the first in line
I think most people around these parts are hoping for online deals as not to subject themselves to the inconvenience of standing in line. All is not lost - keep you eyes peeled, last year I got two spectacular deals that were unadvertised until last minute.
If the Canon EOS Rebel price at Sears is a Black Friday deal, why does it look like I can get that price right now?

Seriously, the only interesting stuff I think we'll get this Black Friday is from Amazon. Last year they had a pretty good sale on Blu-ray movies for about 1/2 off. I remember getting Transformers for $13 shipped when it cost $25.
Amazon comes out with their Black Friday sales tomorrow, so we'll see what they offer. Otherwise, I'm not really going to bother getting up early that day.
ahh but ther's more, much more... check out the twitter deal firehose...
