The Engadget Show tapes this Sunday with HTC's Drew Bamford and Chris Grant of Joystiq!

The show takes place at the Tishman Auditorium at Parsons The New School for Design. As you may already know, we film live in front of an audience once a month -- but if you can't make it, don't worry. We're bringing the video back home to Engadget (and as a free download here, in the iTunes Store, or the Zune Marketplace) for your viewing pleasure.
The beautiful venue (which you can see in a photo after the break) is located at 66 W. 12th Street between 5th and 6th Aves. Seating is limited and tickets will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis -- which means if you want to join us in the audience for the show, you'll have to arrive early and be prepared for a little wait.
Here are the facts you need to know about the show:
- The show is graciously sponsored by Nokia, and hosted by Parsons The New School for Design
- The total show length will be around an hour
- The amazing Glomag will be performing live along with visualist Dan Winckler!
- There is no admission fee -- tickets are completely free
- The event is all ages
- The venue seats just over 450 people
- Parsons students are welcomed, and we encourage them to come!
- Tickets will be available for pickup at the Tishman Auditorium at 2PM on the 22nd, and we're strongly encouraging people to get their tickets and not stand in line -- if you have a ticket, you'll have a seat!
- You'll need to hold onto your ticket stub to be eligible for the giveaways
- You cannot pick up tickets for other people -- if you want your friend to get a ticket, bring your friend!
- The show begins at 5PM, and doors will open at 4:30PM

Darn, too bad I don't live over there. I want that Xbox 360 bundle.
Ask him if HTC has any phones they plan on making to combat the Motorola Droid: large high resolution screen + slide out keyboard. Thanks!
Yeah thats a good question!!!
And is there a possible HD2-like phone with Android a possibility?
The HTC passion is the Android version, but doesn't look half as serious as the HD2. I need the HD2 with Android 2.0 in my life and I'll be happy. I've started a little discussion on HTC's facebook page about this. Why not support my desperate attempts to get what I want.
Get Drew to ask you where your HTC HD2 review is!
seriously that review was promised to us "shortly" over two weeks ago.

I know, I know! It's coming early next week. I had to get this site launched!
alright, i'll let this one slide :P i'm just so excited for that phone. thanks for the (more accurate) date.
hmm... it seems you guys have been making little changes all over the place since the new design launched. now it looks like you took out the @person thing? you guys must be busy. also, i'm sure you guys put a lot of sweat and blood into the new site, but i hope you can stand to listen to and possibly implement some of the (constructive!) criticisms being tossed about.
We're working on the @ feature -- it will come back SOON. Had some issues with it pointing to wrong usernames. You'd be surprised how complicated it is!
i really want that 360 bundle!
Being new to the Engadget shows (The last one with Steve Ballmer was the first one I watched and very much enjoyed) about how long after taping does it take before it's ready for download? I wish they could stream it live!
why do you need to keep posting these? can't you just put in the top stories or something? or one of the other dozen link grouping around the page top? there's so much stuff up there at least one has to suited for this post. and seriously it's a little rediculous; in Chrome without Adblock, even when i go full screen i can only see the headline of the first post, and my screen is 1680x1050. you're using like 900 vertical pixels for header stuff.
Try installing adblock for Chrome then.
@Kris120890
i normally use firefox w/ adblock, even with that going full screen only gets me about the top 50 pixels of the first image. and i'm sure some people, with lower-res screens (768-800 vertical) and maybe a toolbar or two, won't be able to see more than half of the Top Stories thing, especially if they're not full screen.

Adblock for google chrome.
You need nightly builds of google chrome. Its called chromium. Download mini installer
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-xp/
Its 90% the same but misses out on some adverts you need to go to extensions and and options to select easylist and subscribe to it.
thanks... i may give chrome another go with that. i tried it for a while on Vista but gave up because i kept running into this issue where it would get HORRIBLY laggy if i left it open for a while, like a day. maybe new version + Win7 will work better... i do like the interface better, though i did miss firefox's great customization.
I use firefox. Its faster for me and use google chrome as a backup
@zerski We try to get them up the day after!
Any chance you could put this show on Fios Video on Demand? As well as the other cable companies' VOD?
on my b'day :D
That's awesome, happy-early-birthday.
I remember the one with Ballmer was right around mine, it was cool.
what are the parking facilities available at the venue ? I am planning to ride my motorcycle from Boston.
Just wanna say, Love the Show, Guys!
One small suggestion though. Can you rotate the round table participants?
Huzzah for Chris Grant!
Yeah!
My name is Chris Grant, cleary you have ripped me off
