Inbrics announces Android MID, promises 'inspirational moments' (video)
Inbrics, a company known in Seoul for its VoIP solutions, looks set to rock your world with an Android MID early next year at CES. All we have for you at present are the barest of specs, machine translated Korean PR that declares "a full convergence of the future," and one of those vague, uplifting videos that demonstrates the myriad of ways that its one platform can dramatically change your life -- without ever really telling you what it does. The device itself is a QWERTY landscape slider that features an AMOLED touchscreen, GPS, compass, WiFi, and an ARM Cortex A8 800MHz processor. Experience the inspirational moment after the break.

Yummi!!!
@surf26 That comment works perfectly with your avatar. +1
@MarcusMaximus
Yeah well, that's just how I roll. Btw, very Sci-Fi, perfect future-like ad they have going on.
Jesu, seems like everyone is making Android MID's nowadays.
It's the LG Chocolate! plus a slide out qwerty.
Communication and device connectivity should of been standard like this a while ago.
I would love to have this.
It's as if the announcer is reading the script for the first time...
I dont know if theres much use for a device like this because smart phones are becoming more and more capable by the day or at least have the potential if not for phone carriers.
@(Unverified) It's a smart phone, DERRRR
@(Unverified) LOL... fail
Make it a semi-smartphone like the N900 and you can count me in!
Inbricks?
The name is a fail.
Why is she typing while watching a video?
@poiklpu I was wondering the same thing!
@poiklpu
Duh! She's multitasking! She's watching a movie, and practicing her typing at the same time.
When you catch your girl with another man via video call, she'll be shittinbrics.
Does it do anything that a Droid doesn't do?
I just got an HTC HD2 and yes, I call it my phone but it could be very well be my MID too.
When (finally) the Moto Milestone will hit the european shores I plan to get it instead of my beloved Hero and I bet that will be an excellent MID too.
An Android MID!
Come to think about even the N97 I find so hard to sell (for the price I want) could be a MID too.
And the Nokia N900 ? is'nt that a MID?
Ahhh, I love the smell of vaporware in the morning.
palm pre chick?
I'm Shit Inbricks
Get it?

Depressing Launch for an Android phone. The Droid and the Hero are doing well in the Market and have taken well to users. Winmo 6.5 still seems to outrun them due its convenient functionality and Pleasing UI. The HTC HD2 and the Samsung Omnia are the 2 best Smart Phones available in the market and both are powered by winmo 6.5
@peltonpinto "The HTC HD2 and the Samsung Omnia are the 2 best Smart Phones available in the market" ... are you kidding me? Best in what? They don't even sell WinMo phones in Canada anymore, I think there might be one left with Telus, but nope, they're being removed because no one buys em, no reason to.
I held the HD2 in my hand, i was like wow nice "lookin" phone.. checked out the basic apps like camera and settings, and checked out the HTC sense, though "not bad, i like the feel", then I was like "lets check out the market place"... FAIL. Besides the 30 to 40 dollar apps that you get for FREE on Android market, there was NOTHING worth downloading. I had a Vogue (HTC Touch) that I flashed Android on it, damn thing keeps up all night just using and trying out all the wicked apps and fun online games that you can only dream of seeing on a WinMo.
I defended winmo for the longest time and eventually gave up because Microsoft is really not trying to make anything productive or filling their market with any worthwhile or fun apps. Android on the other hand is not only just an awesome and user friendly OS, the potential for new and awesome apps are endless and highly favored.
Rest in piece WinMo
