The amount of apps in the Windows Phone Marketplace
Microsoft's Windows Phone Marketplace has now reported to have passed 25,000 apps by one site tracking comings and goings within it. (source: WindowsPhoneAppslist, July 2011)

Now that we've thrown 'em off the trail, use the form below to get in touch with the people at Engadget. Please fill in all of the required fields because they're required.
I've sampled Guitar Hero and DJ Hero. GH I found quaint, DJH I really liked. If there was a standalone version of it that didn't require console, I'd get it (and am patiently waiting for my industrious friends in China to solve that problem for me).
The problem for DJH, I think is the perception if the flexibility of the peripheral. With the GH or Rockband, you can choose what kind of music you prefer (assuming a version has been released with that preference). The turntable only seems to apply to hiphop, or dance/house.
What I'd like to see Activision do is come up with a game that utilizes the instruments with music loaded into the game by the player, that could be controlled with the any of the peripherals.
