
The amount of apps in the Windows Phone Marketplace
Microsoft's Windows Phone Marketplace has now reported to have passed 25,000 apps by one site tracking comings and goings within it. (source: WindowsPhoneAppslist, July 2011)

So, the HTC Tattoo is suppose to be their low end Android phone and you can get a phone like the HTC Touch Viva or Touch 3G for free(or close to it) in many places of the world so I don't get the point of this. Unless this is somehow easier and better to use than either of those OSes.
@Patlex If it's really affordable unlocked. Also carriers charge less per month for feature phones.
@Patlex The big difference is with this feature phone is you can get away with paying $30/month instead of getting a smart phone plan which usually runs you at least $60/month (usually $70/month or more).
That's why feature phones are more popular than smart phones. Cheaper phone plans. Web access on feature phones is usually cheaper than web access on smart phones I believe. I think my coworker said it's +$25 or so on t-mobile for smart phones, and $10 or $15 for feature phones.
