@Kiamat Yeah, what a great guy, to get a gift and promptly replace it a few seasons later with a new version that isn't even better.
for those who don't remember, here is the scene Kiamat talked about:

Haha yall talk about this man like he was real Mr House like if he is right in front of us ahh television our only real family
I'm always torn between the coolness factor, and the fact that his use of gadgets are pretty much no more than advertisements. Guess having one of the highest paid actors on television takes a toll on your budget.
@KupoCheer
Well, product placement isn't terribly obvious in House; it's nit like a lot of shows where the brand name is glaringly obvious or even enhanced to make it more visible. I'm a firm believer that Apple deliberately puts that huge illuminated logo on its MacBooks not to be cool but to make it obvious that an Appe laptop is in use!
@KupoCheer It doesn't bother me, I think it's pretty nice seeing modern tech besides an iPhone (the phone stalwart of TV characters) being used by popular TV characters. And also, with House the placement is rarely prominent. With this episode for example, the camera never even gets close enough to the thing to see the PSP logo. Not too egregious.
How can you tell that is not a Sony Mylo? They look almost exactly the same.
slow news day guys?
Here is it in another scene, in 720p:

He also used a Logitech Classic Keyboard 200 in e08, with the Logitech's logo covered:

(i know it's not a gadget, just posting for curiosity)

I can't believe u get paid to write this lol...look wat i saw on TV last night...a handheld gaming device omg!!!! i must blogggg
im just proud that you can use print screen
im trying to remember why we care about this(i mean it was paid to be there by sony....product placement whores...commercials shouldnt b news esp commercials about crappy hardware no one wants)
this is why aol time warner tanked lol
No doubt he's playing the PSP Go version of Autopsy Table
(Insert Lupus)
He's been playing with older models of PSP for quite a while.
I think he started out with the PSP when one of his patients, a boy with a mental impediment, gave House his PSP.
He would get retro gamer-rep if he was playing a NEC TurboExpress.
Either way, he's cooler for playing the PSP Go then say Peggle on his iPhone.
In other news, House has had the same phone since Season 1; a Motorola i850, which happens to be the same model I own. Now, I may be a complete gadget nerd, or an obsessive House fan, or both, to have noticed this amusing coincidence, but I digress...
When can we see House upgrade? Him wielding a MotoDroid would likely make the internet 'asplode.
