Wireworld's Platinum Starlight HDMI cable is only $1,000, better than your HDMI cable
You idiot. Where did you buy those cables? Walmart? You probably think you're getting the whole 1080p, don't you! Boy, you couldn't be more wrong. What the big box doesn't want you to know, with their cheap-ass $150 cables is that there are, um, waves and some, uh... electromagnetic spectrats. And they eat your pixels! Yeah, that's right! Pixel-eating EM spectrats! Not even making this stuff up. How much did you spend on that TV? $1,000? You did buy that $1,800 power cable from Furutech, right? Well, don't you think you should spend at least that much on the all-important cables that are going to funnel the dynamic 1080p transmissions from your Blu-ray player to your TV? Here, try this Platinum Starlight HDMI cable from Wireworld. It has a patent-pending DNA Helix conductor design formed by the gods themselves out of 24 solid silver conductors. Hell, $1,000 is probably a bargain for one of these one meter cables. Your eyes are worth it, after all. You're welcome.

Honestly?! WTF. I just want to enjoy nice hd, i don't want my eyes to bleed, or my butt to hurt from making that big of hole in my wallet.
every time somebody buys one of these cables a puppy dies 8(
humm ...... can it blend?
This has to be some advertising nonsene. Just like the new Hammacher Schlemmer catalog has a $32,000 go-cart in it made to look like a shelby cobra. Meant for ages 8-12.
Maybe people look at this and think, "Someone must buy cables at that price, since they are selling it. This company must be good, lets have a look at what else they sell," then they end up buying the totally outrageously price 1meter cable at $200 because it's in their price range.
heh heh, i spent 15€ on my HDMI cable :P
To all those that still think a "quality" cable gives a better picture, these guys did a blind test of cables of 13m, and proved that the $13 best buy jobby was just as good.

@jhodge
Sorry 13ft, not 13m
You idiot! That's fantastic!!!
People... don't be fooled by this product and other overpriced HDMI leads. As HDMI carries digital signals, as long as the data from the source to destination is the same then there will be no loss in quality.
Therefore, any well made HDMI cable will be fine.
It sure is a pretty cable, though!
this has, hands down, been the best bunch of comments in the last month.
*looks over at his 10m HDMI-MiniHDMI he uses for capturing off his camera...
Yep Im feeling the moneys worth here...
I would like to confirm EL STUPIDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I just bought 2. My 13 inch tv in the kitchen is going to look awesome!!!
My balls aren't big enough to try and pawn off such crap. I bow to you Wireworld!
This is advertising IMO for a bad or waste of material.
We should put our gold in fort Knox, in the basement....underground and make it into bricks so that no one but mice can see it (major sarcasm).
Why the heck does fort still exist. I can understand why it was built long ago, but NO! Not now, hopefully this company who makes this hdmi product won't make a profit...
If you don't care about these designer HDMI cables.. http://www.cabletrain.com. Enough said!
Wow, someone who actually charges *more* for their cables than Monster does.
Now come on people, you would clearly see a striking difference in the picture if you were to set up a side-by-side comparison between this cable and a Monster (composite) cable. !! It's just that good!
That's nothing, HDMI is complicated cable, lots of strands to connect. This cable is £800 ($1300) and it's just a bit of coax http://www.russandrews.com/product.asp?lookup=1®ion=UK¤cy=GBP&pf_id=2560
Tsk. First line should have read:
HEY, Where'd you get those cables... the toilet store?!
Hahaha! I once had a similar (sarcastic) conversation with my dad years ago when we saw a gold infused CD that claimed it had better sound quality... DAD: "That's ridiculous!, CD's are digital. They're just ones and zeros or nothing at all. How could gold help that at all?" I joked: "But with the gold infusion, they're now 'ONES!' and 'ZEROS!' Don't you see?".
I already order two. Sorry I can't explain how much better they are because of the carbon fiber which blends the h2o through to the digital thought output skynet nuclear, and then manages to take the dog shit and smear it on the wall and make my tv three times better. I better run I'm late fore my flight to Paris. I'm going to go pick up some 1400 dollar donuts that are infused with liquid nitrogen. Totally worth it!
It's totally worth $1k. It's faster. Who's got time to sit around waiting for the signal to get to the TV with those cheap cables?...
No netting, no sale!
Regarding Optimized Cable Company:
I have dealt with this cable company since Nov. 2009 and it is an excellent company. The service is very fast and the products are great. I would deal with this company every time for cables and accessories...
