This gift guide was horrible. You were supposed to measure how good each product was, from good to best, not how expensive they are.
More sense next year, maybe?
@AndroidRokz I think the point was to showcase the best product in different price ranges since a lot of people try to budget their money.
I really want the Droid, but I heavily rely on at&t's Rollback minutes and their fast 3G speeds. Again, when did Telus say they were releasing the MileStone?
@SomePerson AT&T is technically a little faster than VZ, but in real life tests it's slower.
I'm wondering, does anyone else here also have 2' of snow? I had to come back from NYC to DC yesterday and the highway was blind. Everyone Had to go 25MPH on the highway
ALL the cars were movbing SUPER slow and TONS are cars in the trench on the side of the highway and a couple trucks they slipped and got stuck then got covered with snow and no could see them.
We called 911 to rescue like 5 people lol. Some of them were passed out inside. One asshole was going fast and hit this other car the fire department had to CUT the car to get him out, both cars totaled
@Cheesus Crust yeah at my house we have 2 ft plus of snow in virginia. first big snow in a while.
@Cheesus Crust Shit man, I can tell you up here in Metuchen, It's total hell. The train is delayed, and everyone on Rt. 1 is having a mental breakdown. They're not used to going 30 Mph, lol!
@N900 Dude I was going 25MPH ON 1-95! So was everyone else, but thats besides the point.
Bah, humbug.
How bout some KIRF's...
How about some reviews on some Blu ray players??
I think that you should release the lists earlier, by about thirty days. You can still space them out, cause you have to get the maximum number of clicks, but most people were done shopping a couple of weeks ago.
@Martin C
Ya, exactly. Considering that there are barely 4 days of shopping left and forget online shopping at this point. This is a bit behind the ball. I've been following along with these so far but you guys really need to start sooner.
I'm still on the fence about getting either getting a netbook or just simply a notebook (possibly Mac) to my pops. From what he tells me, and when asks for help, is that all he does when he turns on his current old laptop is browse the web, watch youtube videos, and even plays some yahoo games.
From what I can gather the netbook is perfect for that, but the small size in screen and keyboard might be a bit intimidating for him. He's in his 50's.
@Engerz Maybe an Acer? I know some of the full size ones have low specs, so you wont be out too much $$
