Mack - Ah yes, the "Everybody on Engadget hates on poor little Apple, meanwhile all us Apple fans do is sit around and talk about how nice, and wonderful the competition is"
See, Apple fanboys - such as yourself, usually disable reading other poster's comments here on Engadget (usually because they contradict themselves, such as you have here). So lets look at your oh-so-kind words for the competition:
And there are more, but Engadget will not let me post more links.
You are just another pathetic Apple fanboy. Waaaah! Waaaah! I said something not nice about others, then they said something not nice about me. That is not fair! I am telling my mommy on you!
Quit your whining, and if you can't "take what you dish out", then too fucking bad - deal with it.
Paul, er, Jack - I make no excuses, if I have a problem with the Apple products I use (such as the new Mac Book I got a few days ago, the Mac Mini, iPhone, or iTouch I have had for a while), I say I have a problem, just as I have done with MS products. I don't sit around crying like a little bitch as you and Mack do about all the Apple "haters" and how they are so unfair for pointing out problems with a product.
No you haven't. If you had, you would be able to tell the difference between "crying" as you put it, and what I do, which is single out incredibly stupid things that people say, and correct them.
You are also guilty of saying stupid things here, which is why I respond to some of your posts. The solution is to stop saying stupid things. I know, it sounds easier than it is, right?
Of course your answer to being proven wrong or being called out on something idiotic that you said is that I'm using a "regurgitated Apple talking point" or "crying". Which brings me back to the part about you not actually reading what I'm saying.
And the part about not being able to take what you dish out? IRONY. Seriously, that's why I suggested the mirror. Or maybe look into buying a glass house so you can throw stones. You maybe have a petard to hoist yourself up onto? Are you catching my drift here, or do I need to dumb it down some more?
Jack, you are not the one that decides what is correct or incorrect. What you offer here are opinions, and if somebody has an opinion that is different than yours, you and many others have a temper tantrum.
Any disagreement with you and the official Apple line, and there will be hell to pay. A few days ago you admited to throwing out statements without having any data to back it up, and then say that it is up to others to prove you are wrong (when you claimed it was a small number of people having problems with 27" Macs). That is not debate, that is not proving a point, it is blatant fanboyism.
"What, you said something negative about Apple? Why, you are a hater. Hater, hater, hater." is the battlecry of the Apple fanboy - not the reasonable Apple user, but the fanboy. And Paul, you are among the biggest fanboys around here.

That 'bout saves 1 hour.
@Outsider Saves about 4 days!

@fatslug You forgot the smart ass comment about Microsoft that Apple can't get though ANY press conference without making.
@fatslug Get rid of the Apple portion of that last step, and that would be a very plausible event!

"All five ZuneHD owners are thankful."

Skipping right past your fight...I fear that fatslug's prediction may be what we see.
@NohOne1
You really need to look in a mirror someday.
@d0mth0ma5

You've never actually read anything I've written, have you?
@Jack
I have read plenty of your regurgitated Apple talking points.
@fatslug
The slug is very disappointed in all your bickering, I will crawl away now and leave you with a trail of slug juice.
