@s33ker They are instituting a 4.99/month charge on your account if you have a spending limit, this means a change in the contract so you have 30 days to get out of your contract ETF free. This 4.99 charge can be avoided by simply enrolling your account in some sort of autopay, such as from a credit card/debit card/checking account.

....and after the install the pre still takes a good 30 seconds to:
open phone app -> browse recent calls -> pick a number -> initiate call
Unacceptable. Thank god sprint changed the TOS and all subscribers can walk with no penalty for the next few weeks :)

I was exaggerating. I timed it and it's between 7 and 8 seconds consistently.
Unfortunately it's still unacceptable to accomodate 8 seconds lag when using the most common function likely performed with this device
