Engine Software develops DSi motion control technique, demos it on video

Meanwhile, in the Netherlands... Engine Software has developed a hitherto yet undisclosed method of motion sensitivity for the Nintendo DSi (which we're guessing utilizes the camera). That got your attention, right? Well, wait'll you get a load of this: the company has been kind enough to try the thing out on a game of Tilt -- on video. According to our friends at Joystiq, the company's currently working on a DSiWare title that incorporates the technique. See for yourself after the break.

@Eugene Action
ur so right driving compatibility with the wii would be amazing like marios cart with ds play and insters of pushing buttons that would be soo cool
Looks like it works pretty good; although their were some parts in the video where it looked to be laggy, that could just be the crappy camera angle thou.
In the words of Sylvester Stallone....

@glenskey

@glenskey
Never mind the Ws, the problem is your avatar. And no, it doesn't even remotely compare to mine.

Gotta love technology!!
@theshadow27
huh. that's probably says the least about the most obvious thing that I could imagine in the comments section of a tech blog. I wonder what made you post that.
This will be useless by E3.
