This is a revamped version of the Atlas which has already been shown like 4 fucking months ago but with a trackball, Atlas is the Eastern Asian version of the Bold 9700. Its got the same Marvell 624mhz processor and 256MB of RAM and 3.2MP camera, trackpad and is ONLY 2G.
I think RIM went with the 8900 curve style because the keyboards are most likely easier to swap for where they will sell this device.
Anyways like i said, old news and you'll never fucking see it anyways.
