I agree, I really liked the way the CEO reacted. Instead of going into paranoid "this interview is over" mode he acted surprised and laughed along. I respect that kind of honesty.

That was priceless! The CEO was cool too, there are plenty of ways he could have handled that. Lesson: Get a final cut clause on all product demo's lol. Cut! take 2!

Thanks for your comments guys. I think we might stick to rugged rather than unbreakable now! But seriously, we have plenty of faith in our phones, which have endured some pretty tough tests (from concrete mixers to elephants) & we are still the only mobile company to offer an unconditional 3yr guarantee. So keep putting Sonim to the test & if for any reason they break, let us know so we can make them stronger. PS a new phone is on its way to Dan Simmons!
