Lulz. Topolsky 2012!
@drumercalzone09
Topolsky/Ziegler 2012. Running on the Open White Space/Patent Reform ticket.
Go-Go-Gadget-VOTE!
@Anders YES.
@drumercalzone09 That makes two write-in votes...
@Anders
The sad thing is, I would totally vote for them for real.
@drumercalzone09 We need an Official Daily Show/Colbert Report app for the third party.
@drumercalzone09 Changing the font palette is Change I Can Believe In. Get on it, Josh!
@drumercalzone09
LOL! Josh T, 2012 indeed...
@drumercalzone09
No way!
JoshTops will take the previously WHITE house, and re-clad it in brushed silver Aluminium.
@drumercalzone09
I didnt think Apple liked seeing people get Fu#$@d in their apps?
@drumercalzone09
No idea who Joshua is, so I give the vote to the White House app.
@drumercalzone09
***WARNING*** This is one app I simply wouldn't trust loading onto a device you carry around that has a built in camera and microphone. Hasn't anyone seen the movie Eagle Eye?
Note - If you haven't seen Eagle Eye and love tech movies this a must see. It was released back in 2008.
@DaveBach
Shia LeBouf running around panting heavily and caked in dirt?
Pass.

Change you can believe in!
@Aguiluz apple store its going to be the capital
@Aguiluz
When revamped, the new features of the sight were (and still are) useful enough in practice, it's just a shame it looks like a visual trainwreck.
Less can be more.
@Aguiluz
Now with less Times New Roman!
@Aguiluz
"Change you can believe in!"
W/ bailouts (aka recession antidotes) for all!
@DizWhiz
Well, you can enjoy the news in the old font if you can read german:

@Aguiluz
Change we can all trust!
And I support welfare reform!
Ok, I meant - I support healthcare reform :)
Me and my shiny new nexus are still waiting for that endgadget app!!!
@B3astofthe3ast why, is the browser that bad? I don't get point of getting an app, when you can make a proper mobile version of website which will work on tons of other platforms rather then making for each one. Also there are other apps, on my winmo I have YomoMedia it downloads all articles by it self and I just choose which one I wanna read... and videos I can view on skyfire....
@Dking7 No the browser is quite good...I just feel left out of the app action lol.
@Dking7 I totally agree with you with this app stuff. I used to work for a company that wanted to make the 'iphone app'. I used the webkit browser capabilities to created the exact same user interface that will work on Palm Pre, iPhone, Android, etc. They scrapped the project because it is not 'an iphone app' like we discussed.
@Dking7 Have you used the app? It streamlines everything all pretty. No extra stuff in the margins, no standard headers, etc. Personally I think the app is top notch. All the categories are easily available at all times, and I think it's actually easier to browse galleries on my phone than it is on my computer. Cause on my computer if I look at twenty pictures, I'd have to click the back button twenty times to get back to the post. On my phone it's a simple back swipe.
@statelypenguin I have an app, but I don't use it, because prefer to see the whole website I use OperaMobile on my phone and I am fine with that, but don't you think having a universal mobile website better then having on only three platforms? and probably you don't understand what I mean by mobile website. Mobile website can be as easy to use as app you are talking about.
@B3astofthe3ast
Speaking of the mobile site, i.engadget.com started redirecting to the main site for articles about a week ago and my poor little Touch Viva just can't handle that. It also happens on my PSP which kills it. Fix it please Engadget, I believe in you.
HAHAHA I love the chart. I can't wait for the Android app either :(
God Bless America lol
I demand a recount!
1 for Martin...2 for Martin. HA!
@SpecTP
Looks like The White House app is #2 now. Watch out Engadget!
Now If only we could find a quick and easy way to get Topolsky a nobel prize. I will talk to Gore and Obama and get back to you.
@Junyor Mynt
All he has to do is say he's going to do something, and he may just get one.
As a non-american, I will strive until my own country is also democratic enough that a blog can run for the head of state office! :)
Now I just have to find a norwegian blog I can campaign as the new monarch of Norway!
This is one of the dumbest, most assine posts I've ever read. Stick to covering tech and don't force some stupid, silly, political crap into a story.
@malexandria1
You need to relax and stop getting your panties all twisted up.
@malexandria1
Did you look at the chart? It's called humor. Might want to try it out sometime.
@malexandria1
you must have sand in your vagina.
@malexandria1
you're the sober dude at the party talking smack about the rest of the folks having fun whilst sippin' on a lil sizzurp.
@malexandria1
With all the shit-house writing that goes on at Engadget, if they think that one of their 'editors' will someday become a Nobel laureate... well, then they're higher than I thought!
can we just get a goddamn winmo app?
@PhoenixFox what? steve jobs will get MAD
@PhoenixFox
The reason why, most likely seeing that the alternative is too douche-y to entertain, is that they are waiting to see what WM7 is first, then likely they will make one.
@PhoenixFox
I completely agree. Windows Mobile is very open. Even sports an app store now. I want to see an Engadget app for my phone!
Neither app supports WinMo, so I guess I gotta start looking for a third-party candidate...
@mikeszekely Coming in Q4 2010: The Ralph Nader app we've all been waiting for.
@mikeszekely Love the Armacham logo. Great game.
