Twin Video camera has two lenses, two mics, one body
Ion Audio, who seem to enjoy doing unconventional work in the electronic peripherals space, are back with a two-way pocket camcorder that records both sides of a conversation, literally. Strapped with pairs of microphones and cameras, it is capable of doing picture-in-picture or split-screen recording, and can selectively switch between the audio streams depending on which side you want to hear at which time. Just skip along past the break and all will be elucidated -- price is not yet specified, but the Twin Video cam should be arriving at some point in the first half of this year.

the Coliseum can talk?
@(Unverified) - yes.
And this is the next defacto-standard POV porn video tool. Genius.
No Phoebe Cates? wtf, man. Pass.

Curious..could one camera be delayed slightly so it could record 3D?
@kx152rider
The second lens is on the back of the camera - how would that possibly work?
"he's charles charles trippy…"
@jakedowns although, that doesn't look like alli… hmm. triflin' fool.
@Atkins - POV PORN
@Atkins - POV porn.
it's useless, pointless and shiny.....

Troubling developments at 00:23 seconds in. I'm thinking this is terrible and the fact that they added that in scares me.
Best possible use for this I can think of for this is use by reporters. They could interview someone and keep their face on tv at the same time without having to resort to their usual trick of taping their questions after the fact and editing them together back at the office.
@HairyPoster This is, in fact, the only "real" use I can think for it.
But it's a perfectly valid one, and a good idea actually. Not every reporter can interview in a big studio with multiple big cameras :-)
(Or lose time doing the "different recordings" thing)
