That's cool! I wonder what they are using to make the Voice calls? VoLGA or IMS? Hopefully IMS because in the end that's where we will be, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are using VoLGA.
Well I found my answer, in the Press Release it says they were using wireless services powered by Alcatel-Lucent and Huawei. They are both part of the VoLGA Forum. So they are probably using VoLGA... Dammit
