I am worried though that this may not be an outage but to stop people who are buying the unlocked nexus and using it with the cheaper Tmobile data plan
They may be forcing people to have the android data plan using this.
@sycamore714 I have an Android plan -- I switched as soon as I got my N1 since it was cheaper than my Blackberry data plan -- and mine is down, too (since about 5AM) here in IN.
When they told me I was on the wrong data plan they said it wouldn't cost more to switch to the right one. That didn't fix my problem but I can't imagine that they are trying to get N1 owners to pay more. Probably just the OTA update gone bad.
The Chromebooks are here, starting with Samsung's Series 5, a cute little number that promises instant-on access, 3G connectivity, and long enough battery life to web surf with the best of 'em.

I bought mine unlocked and went with service on TMobile. My account says I have the android plan, but my data is down too.
@mutalemwa
Nope, I'm on the contract free plan on an unlocked N1 and I have no issues with my data right now.
