Samsung answers Motorola with Android-powered SHW-M100S for Korea
You might've thought that one of the local players would've been the first to announce Android gear for South Korea, but that honor ended up going to Motorola with its MOTOROI -- so who's next up to bat? That'd be Samsung, which has unveiled its biggest, baddest Android device to date in the SHW-M100S which features a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display (same as the Nexus One), 5 megapixel cam, 802.11n (yes, n!) WiFi, Android 2.1, and -- of course -- a T-DMB mobile TV tuner. It's launching next month on SKT, meaning Seoul could end up being one of the world's most interesting Google-powered battlegrounds in 2010.

Pretty much the same specs as the Nexus One. I wonder which one has the hardware upper hand.
I'd be curious to know the processor, weight and dimensions as well.
It has video calling capabilities, but does it have a front facing camera?
No word on the processer?
Dude, I think I just jizzed in my pants.
Please come to the states!
@Drybones5 Thats freaking crazy man.. I just shard on myself! Tissue tissue!
I'm sorry, when it comes to Samsung or LG phones I just can't get excited... At all....
Korea always gets the better Samsung and LG phones.
Chick on the right makes me buy this phone even if im not gonna use it.
Dude, how much longer must I wait for a high-end Android phone for AT&T??? This is ridiculous. Engadget, you think you can throw some of that weight around with AT&T and get me something to be excited about?
it's Samsung, so there will probably be nasty touch-wiz space cube..w/e that UI is called on it.
M100S comes with an 800MHz processor and sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen (WVGA), 5MP camera with 720p video recording support, Wi-Fi (802.11n)
