Xbox 360 retailing in a Final Fantasy XIII bundle for the rest of us
Japan's been Final Fantasy-ing for a while now, but it looks like an import FFXIII PS3 isn't your only shot at pointy-haired excellence. Outside of Japan, Microsoft has the exclusive "official" Final Fantasy XIII bundles, in the form of a $399 Xbox 360 that packs a 250GB HDD, two controllers, a standard edition of the game, and some exclusive avatar downloads. Separately available will be some limited edition faceplates (pictured after the break) created by designer Tetsuya Nomura, but if you want a full console paint job you're still going to have to turn Japanese and fork it over for a PS3 -- or level up on your Bob Ross technique and paint it yourself. The bundle should hit stores March 9th.

final fantasy on xbox .. ohhh myyy gooodd
microsoft already made square enix RICH long time before to have this picture on their CONSOLE (and box)
power of money is endless !!
I personally would prob. Get the ps3 version of this game, however, my bf gave p3 to his son, so this may just be my way to have and play another of the titles in my fav. Ever vid. Game.
sadly, the days of Final Fantasy being a system seller have long since passed. this bundle is a fantastic waste of time and money that could have easily been created with more worthy games like Mass Effect 2 or Bioshock 2.
Jasper?
Like cmon!!! if they were gonna release a special edition, they couldve done better custom work, like on the console!!! not a lame faceplate!
Die hard fans will still get the game for ps3.. even the SE PS3.. not this!
Wow.. Microsoft made SO many versions of the 360 but not ONCE did they think of putting a fucking WiFi adapter IN there.
Seriously guys, what the hell are they thinking?!
@mtnDewFTW They are thinking how much money than can make off of you... Because you'll buy it for 199.99 and find out when you get home that there is no HDD and no Wifi which all cost extra... And in the end you pay more buying the "cheap" version... LOL Silly M$...
@Heratiki They're just being rude. I'm boycotting it. I bought a PS3 instead. They're ridiculous if they think I'll spend a $100 on a Wifi adapter.
It's like buying a car and paying for the engine separately.
Sorry allready preorded the PS3 version & currently saving up for a PS3 to go along against other consoles including PS2 Wii N64 GameCube (for the GB player) GBA & DS.
