@abrli i was thinking that exact same thing ... Where is that Nokia Revolution ? They just too scared to do something proper ? Half baked Maemo .. Half baked new UI .. Devices that do everything But nothing really that amazingly well ..
@abrli Why? Functionality vise, Symbian is at the top even now. All it needed was some eye-candy and here it is. ALso, remember that it's now fully open, which means all sorts of customizations are now possible.
I know what I'd change: That horrible, HORRIBLE Nokia sans font.
@abrli okay... tell me this why would they wana show "innovation" in the freaking video ? They will show innovations they made in the actual demo or maybe even closer to release of S^3 phones..
While its tablet world topping pixel density, Tegra 2 silicon, and fresh to death OS certainly sound awesome, we had to get our grubby mitts on one to see if it's as good as its spec sheet would have us believe.

Taking an old OS like Symbian and making it that much better is inovation it self.

@abrli - Symbian^3 is meant to be an intermediate step before the UI completely changes with Symbian^4. And for that, it certainly looks pretty good.
