I can't wear contacts anymore due to my astygmatism in my left eye getting worse over the last couple years. Cant do laser eye surgery with astygmatism either. I can see 3d just fine, but I gotta wear glasses (hence why I want a polarized projector for my home 3d so I can get prescription polarized glasses.

@kiyu727 The pain makes it more fun. Imagine the sting of one ball, now imagine your the last man(woman) standing, you vs the field. You hear the sound of twenty markers tearing up your bunker, you know there gonna get you, but your dug in real good, so a few of em' are comin with me.

Its also in 1080p (unless you wear glasses) and has NO LAG (unless you're high) whatsoever!
I can't imagine how this isn't awesome. Well, I mean, I can - poor execution - but it's still pretty exciting if you figure in a few years it could be living room bound. The day when you have 3D immersive RPGs isn't THAT far away, which is pretty much what I've been waiting for technology to deliver for my whole life.

Not to go all gun-nut here, but why are they basing the gun on the Magpul PDR, a gun that at this point is just a one-off concept that may never be produced as a functional firearm?
