Blu-ray releases on February 23rd 2010
What's left to say about this week that we haven't already said so many time before over the past three or four years that we've been doing this weekly post? Yep, that's right, we have ran out of things to say. Some people who know us personally wouldn't believe such a thing could happen, but really, what would you say about The Informant! Or the Box? Exactly.- The Informant! (Warner)
- The Box (Warner)
- Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths (Warner)
- Cirque Du Freak: the Vampire's Assistant (Universal)
- Wrong Side of Town (Lionsgate)
- Nurse Jackie: Season 1 (Lionsgate)
- The Damned United (Sony)
- Dead Snow (MPI)
- Motherhood (E1)
- Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead (Troma Team)
- Rossini: Il Turco in Italia (Arthaus Musik)
- Sorority Row (Summit)
- Trailer Park Boys: Countdown to Liquor Day (Screen Media)
- The Crazies (Blue)

I'm looking to pick up the informant on netflix tomor... oh wait, it doesn't come out for another month on netflix. Maybe I'll go get it at red box... oh wait, red box doesn't have blu-ray. All these restrictions definitely make me wanna buy more moves...
@ConanDarkness93x
The Informant! is a good movie. Not $24.99 good, may $17.99 good. I ain't paying more then that for movies, no thanks!
RedBox agreed to the 28 day waiting period too for more blu-ray releases if you hadn't heard. Sad times for everyone. I don't know a single person that impatient who can't wait out the new restriction.
@ConanDarkness93x If you've waited 5 months since it came out in theaters, I don't think another month will kill you. I actually went and tried to add it to my queue too, but I have so many movies on there that when it does get released I'll have a lot more things I'd rather see than that.
For those who are unaware, "Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths" has been pushed back to March 23 (according to Netflix). I suspected as much when it was still in my Saved DVD queue last week, with no release date.

Netflix gets Warner titles 30 days after you can buy them.
Looks like the same thing happened with "The Informant."

See above.
You gotta wait 30 days for new releases from some studios on Netflix now.
Thanks for reminding me about the new Warner deal, Ben D and EM1. If more studios do this before year's end, I see a rise in cancelled Netflix subscriptions and more torrenting overall. People are impatient when it comes to new releases.
